You don’t need a brand-new body or a six-figure budget to look amazing—just a better plan.

Hi, I’m Lynn—retired teacher turned personal stylist, fashion enthusiast, and founder of Style with Intention™. I help accomplished women 40+ rediscover their style, shop with purpose, and dress with confidence.

The Backstory

I wasn’t born stylish. I grew up in hand-me-downs, watching other kids walk into school with brand-new outfits, wishing I could do the same. But every once in a while, I’d get something new—and even the smallest piece made me feel like a different person. That feeling stuck with me and shaped everything I do today.

I’ve always had two great loves: teaching and styling. For 25 years, I taught elementary school by day and worked retail nights and weekends, gaining hands-on experience with brands such as J.Crew, Anthropologie, Saks, Talbots, Soma, White House Black Market, and Chico’s.

From Teaching to Styling

In 2016, I officially launched my personal styling business while still teaching full-time. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their closets and rediscover their confidence through wardrobe edits, shopping sessions, and personalized styling services.

Most recently, I stepped into leadership roles in the fashion industry—training and supporting styling teams across the country. Those experiences only deepened what I already knew: when a woman feels good in her clothes, everything shifts.

Why I Do This Work

I came back to what I love most: working one-on-one with women who are ready for more than just a closet refresh—they’re ready to reclaim their confidence and create a wardrobe that truly reflects them.

Through my Style with Intention™ method, I’ll help you:

  • Clarify your current style and goals

  • Edit your closet with confidence

  • Build outfits that reflect who you are and where you’re going next

Clients say I make the process fun (really!), that I “know my stuff,” and that they feel more confident in the outfits I create than anything they’d choose on their own. And that confidence? It goes far beyond the closet—it shows up in your energy, your relationships, and your everyday life.

When I’m not styling clients, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, hanging out with my pets, or buying yet another thing with a heart on it (it’s kind of my signature).

So whether you're navigating a life change, prepping for something big, or just tired of wasting money on clothes that don’t work—I’m here to help you feel at home in your own wardrobe again.
